Win Customize

When I find a program that I'm particularly fond of, I like to share the wealth... my computer is incredibly blue now thanks to a program called WindowBlinds. I wouldn't have ever tried it if I hadn't have heard of it from a source that doesn't like system dragging progs or spyware, etc. Ok, still if you're running a 400mhz system, I wouldn't recommend putting anything on it besides the necessities. I changed my bootskin and my logon screen with these free programs. WindowBlinds is not free, but if you're reading this, you're probably smart enough to know where to get it. Stardock makes lots of progs to customize your Windows experience. Just a sidenote, I started playing with these progs because my monitor is slowly dying. It's a lot easier to read with a dark background and white text. I had to go back to 1024x768 resolution. I'm trying to wait as long as I can before buying a new one. Yeah, I know, my eyesight is bad enough and this certainly isn't helping....
